“Well I have to say that the haunted valentine’s beer/ghost tour was a blast! Our guide tyler was very knowledgeable and told us all the interesting facts about portlands history. The beer stops were excellent and introduced me to some places ive never heard of!”
Having lived in town for over three years, I rarely take the time to do the whole tourist thing, so I was thrilled when my friends invited me to the haunted pub crawl. Tyler, our guide was full of fun facts and stories that made me see familiar sites in a whole new light. Even the rain couldn’t dampen the night!
I’ve gone on three BeerQuests – a brewery tour on Alberta, the haunted pub crawl in Old Town, and most recently, a private tour downtown. I’ve had a blast every time!I Aside from the delicious beers and opportunities to show off your competitive side, you also learn about the history of Portland’s breweries and neighborhoods.Tyler was very easy to work with in planning a private tour and was amenable to all of our requests for the evening
“My friends and I went on one of the Haunted Pub Crawls and it was a blast! The tour was very unique and engaging. We sampled some delicious brews I had never tried before and got goosebumps hearing about the Shanghai Tunnels. Highly recommended!”
BeerQuest’s haunted pub crawl is a great way to spend a fun evening out on the town. Even if you don’t like history, you will have fun as Tyler shares stories that are much more entertaining than your average history lesson! I think this is a great alternative to the typical nightlife opportunities that abound in Old Town (the same old bars and clubs you can go to any night of the week) and would highly recommend taking the tour!
“Hands down one the best brewery tours I have been on. There was just the right amount of info included on this tour, all of the brewery’s we went to were awesome, and would highly recommend this to someone looking to do a fun activity in Portland.”
